Pool Now Open! Celebrating Phase One Completion!
Dear Homeowners,
We're absolutely delighted to share some fantastic news: our community pool is now officially open and ready for you to enjoy! this marks the successful completion of Phase One of our improvement project. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for you patience and understanding throughout this process. Looking ahead, Phase Two is scheduled to begin in 2026 - we'll share more details as we get closer to thatt time.
Please note: as the pool surface cures, *chlorine levels will be elevated.* we kindly encourage all swimmers to rinse thoroughly after using th pool to remove any residual chlorine.
We hope you have a wonderful time enjoying the refreshed pool!

🎆 4th of July Celebration – You're Invited!
We’re excited to announce plans for our annual 4th of July celebration! As always, we're inviting all attendees to bring a dish of your choice to share. In past years, this has become a wonderful global experience, featuring food from a variety of cultures and traditions.
The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display, proudly created and managed by some of our very own talented community members. We look forward to celebrating with you! Let’s continue to make this a fantastic summer.
